Community Access Television: Non-commercial mass media where the public creates TV programming for broadcast on local cable stations and web streams.

(Not to be confused with PBS, whose members largely target a national audience and do not grant studio access to the general public.)

TVW is a kinetic collection of artwork, videography, and documentation of humanity. Audio, visual, and audio-visual art coalesce into a communal celebration of creativity.

ABOUT TOMMY SHENEFIELD

Tommy Shenefield is a multimedia artist and filmmaker from Arlington, MA. He studied film at Vassar College, and is currently the Assistant Radio Manager at the Boston Neighborhood Network. (TVW is not associated with BNN). His work has been broadcast in Arlington, Weston, Boston, and Poughkeepsie.
